Maybe he is trying to have sex with you if the only thing he does is kiss and hug u.

thats difficult,well I would say get to know him better as an individual,and if he keeps touching on you,or seeming pushy,then his friend was right,he's only seeking sex.but his friend also could be lyeing because he jealouse,maybe he likes you!

without kissing or any contact whatso ever
because you can tell if he only wants stuff from you if he always puts a move

those are some questions you have to consider because if a guy is always just around you for "some action" then hes not worth your time to begin with and you clearly deserve better

Of course hes not going to tell you what he wants, but his actions are showing you otherwise. I'd say thats reason enough to believe his friend. Actions ALWAYS speak louder than words.

What difference does it make?
He's just a horny teenage boy aslong as you DON'T have sex with him then theres no problem. It doesn't matter what he wants/expect you know your own limits.
However if you can't communicate with him at all then it's probably not going to make you happy in the long run. Relationships need comunication otherwise they go to pot.
Like everyone else as said try talking and shiz.
At the end of the day if you are happy/comfortable with how things are don't let what other people are saying affect you.
