How to grain muscles and abs, I have no trainer and have no way to get to the gym what should I do

make sure you have your 3 meals so your metabolism is high, eat meals that have a lot of protein like celery or white meat and drink a lot of water I have a gym in my house but I barely use it because my mum think I have issues anyway I ate protein and water and I have dropped 7 pounds in a week
