theinujn is right. You cannot get rid of fat in one specific area. Do all the lunges you want but you will just have muscle covered by the fat. In order to lose fat you have to do a cardio workout at least 3 times a week, preferable more. The fat will eventually leave but in all areas, not just one.
This is easy to address. Mix cardio workout - cycling and running are excellent fat burners for your legs with some toning exercises to tighten and tone your legs.
