Theres..a girl...

me :D Asked by raimaiden94 4 months ago, 5 answers.

Hey. yeah I'm Bisexual. And my friends dont know. I told them once and they freaked out. I've been told that if they dont accept it then they're not real friends. But then...they're the only friends I got so I told them it wasnt true and laughed about it...

when I was furtively hiding tears in my eyes.
So one of my best friends, Charlotte. I've started to have feeling for her, because of her personality. I think she's beautiful and I feel really happy with her. But she's straight and kinda homophobic...lol. anyway,. I just want to tell her I love her more than anything, I want to hold her hand and hug her and kiss her. Basically I want to have a relationship with her. But I'm scared she'll freak out. Which she is probably going to be.
What should I do???

I wouldn't tell her. Most people would say "follow your heart" but in this situation I would keep my mouth shut. If you want to stay close to her don't tell her. She's straight so there's no way that she'll want to be in a relationship with a girl and it will most likely freak her out. I know this is probably not what you want to hear, but I'm just trying to be honest. My best friend did that once and the girl wouldn't talk to her for a LONG time, and even when she started talking to her she kept her distance and acted like my best friend was the grossest thing ever. I know that's a really horrible thing to do, but some people are just not accepting. It really stunk because my best friend was hurting really badly.

I think you should try and find someone who is going to love you for you, and not freak out because you love certain people.it should not matter if they are girl or boy... love is love.
good luck with everything

Well thing is if she's not gay, then is there really a point in telling her? It's not like a relationship is possible anyways. You'd probably end up just weirding her out (it's a little weird to know your friend likes you if you dont feel the same way). I'd definitely go with the keeping mum about the whole thing. You'll find someone you're more compatible with eventually.
