their is this girl who likes me but I dont like her and she whats us too be more then friends

If you don't feel the same way towards her, tell her. I know they say easier said than done, but it doesn't hurt to be honest with her. Explain that you would only consider each other being friends, and not going out. Of course she'll have to understand that there's nothing wrong with the two of you just being friends.
