Not that I have to register separately.

You don't need to register separately, use the same login / password for all of the FunAdvice sites:
Funadvice.co.uk
Funadvice.co.in
Funadvice.cn

We run them all on the same infrastructure, etc, so the same authentication scheme works on all of them.
