The urbz sims in the city

I am on the "Carnivale!" mission. I gave Roxie $5000. I found a tightroper and I got Misty Waters a date with Luthor L. Bigbucks. Now all I need to do is capture the Dancing Nutria and give it to Roxie. I don't know where to find the Dancing Nutria or how to capture.

I asked the same question a couple of weeks ago, too. I alredy finished the entire game, except for getting the "spell champ xizzle". To find the dancing nutria, you had to do the " Running from the law" mission. Once you've completed the mission, you go to Glasstown, on the right of the city apartment, ther should be a stairs going down. Go in there. Once you've went down the stairs, get on the fan boat and go to Nutria Island. It's on the map, but I'll tell you how to find them. When you're on the boat, go straight ahead then turn down at the end. Keep going down until you see a small tiny island with about 5 or 6 little brown animals popping out of the ground. Park the fan boat, then go up to the closest nutria and press the A button. It will say : "put in pocket" then press A again. Yea, that's all you do, then you take it to Roxie. When you're done with the mission, see Theresa Bullhorn, she's got the next mission for you.

all I know is that you cant get spell champ xizzle if you are a streetie I think you have to be a nerdy, hence the name 'spell champ'

ok, eventually, I don't really know when, but the guy sitting in the university tells you that you can use his family's fan boat while they are gone (or something like that). so you find the boat thing down the stairwell next to the city apartment and Kind Tower. so get on the boat and work your way down the river ways and go to the island right in front of the Bayou shack (you can see it on the map) and there are a bunch of weird looking animals there, that's the Nutrias.
