The truth about lying

While majority of people in a recent survey said that people were more honest ten years ago.And some older people too were saying the same thing.Now the question is:Is telling lies a new trend in present generation?

Parents these days are so strict some kids have to lie to have a life that they want, I have to lie about where I'm going sometimes because I really just want to chill with my boyfriend, but my mom used 2 only go places like the mall, movies, bowling, putt putt, or some other lame place, I just recently gained her trust and now I can actually hang out at his house, so no more lying... well not as much...

Nope I think thats probably just there meomory suger coating things.
The lies they have told recently are more on there mind then the ones they told 10 years ago.
So because they can't recall the lies they assume there weren't any.

Everyone lies. I've never met a person that doesn't. But I do think more people do lie. I mean look at all the cheaters on the Maury show lately and kids lying to their parents and such.
