The teachers even tease me!!

I need some help every year I get bullied and made fun of for the same reason!
Well its becaue I live in ohio and like most people who live in ohio like the ohio state football tem , but I hate them!
I like the michigan wolveriens. And to make it worst...

our schools football team rival is blue and gold (like michigans)
And our team colors are red and gray (like ohios) and so in the fall to show my support like the rest of my whole entire family I were blue and gold when they play.
So I get bullied from words and signs but they hurt too (im gald im not a guy cause id be beaten up by now) .
And another reason is im allergic to buckeyes!! So when ohio plays people wear buckeyes and I breakout ! and what really makes me mad is all the teachers are buckeye fans and they tease me and the biggest one is hte principal!!
So I cant complain or tell a teacher (I've tried)
What do I do to not be bullied by the whole entire school???

I cant move or transfer.
and I still am going to wear the colors.
can I sue the school?

Talk to the principal, if he still continues picking on you then you would have to go to the superintendents, basically over his head. You can not sue the school unless you go through all the proper chanels first. Tell him calmly and maturely how you feel. This should resolve the issue.
