My friends computer crashed so we have to reload all her sims and when we type in the file to install it it said it could not be found does anyone have any idea hoe to fix it?

Make sure everything of the sims 2 has been deleted. If so, delete that. It turns out she has most likely lost everything from that game.. Try reinstalling it and if it doesn't work even then.. I'm sorry.
