In today's society, it sounds like you are looking for a child (which I hope you aren't). As far as the first half of your list goes, maybe you should try and remember any time you have ever made a mistake and realize the virgin mary's of this world are few and far between. The second half of your list should be figured out after you find someone to match the first half. I hate to say this, but you need to lower your standards and look for a girl that is single NOW, drug and alcohol free NOW, not sleeping with anyone NOW and agrees that loyalty and monogamy are important. Start making friends with some quality women and if anything blooms out of one of those friendships, Lucky you. The greatest relationships come when you aren't looking for them.
