The limits of technology

When will Human Civilization stop advancing. If we reach Kardashev 2 in the year 7800 will that be the furthest that human civilization can advance? Kardashev 3 would be harnessing all of the energy in the Milky Way Galaxy. How about an extension
Kardashev...

4-Harnessing all the energy in the Local Group
Kardashev 5- Harnessing all the energy in the Virgo Super Cluster
Kardashev 6- Harnessing all the energy in the Galaxy Filament
Kardashev 7- Harnessing all the energy in the Observable Universe
Kardashev 8- Harnessing all the energy in the entire Universe
Kardashev 9- Harnessing all the energy in the entire Multiverse.
If these higher Kardashev levels are possible when will Humanity reach the limits of its advancement. In about what year will we be as advanced as possible? Kardashev 1 will be acheived in 2200, Kardashev 2 in 5200 and Kardashev 3 in 7800. In what year will we acheive the highest advancement possible or the limits of technology? Please give suggestions. Thank You.

there is no multi univeres. there is only one, and its full of so many things that no one could begin to describe.
its not possible for anything to "harness" all the energy in the universe.
humans as a whole are still generally pretty stupid when it comes to technology...sure they've invented all these things that are great now, but in the future technology will just devour us all. it will make people more greedy and more lazy and stuff. either all the human population will have died out in a few thousand years (to make way for CHANGE) we go back to wear we were at the beggining.(every man for himself and humans would have pretty much destroyed the world) or we EVOLVE ( humans cant stay human for thousande of years...over time we need to evolve to adapt to our changing enviroment) what we become in another few thousand years (if were all still here) might not be considered even remotly human at all)
