yeah it is. dont worry about it kidd. I have an industrial too. the same thing happened to mine but you got luckey, mine constanlty bled & it oozed a lot. As long as you keep cleaning it with peroxide you'll be safe. I know when you go to the place where you got it from they tell you dont put any alcohol or neosporin on it, honestly you should. When you can, take it out put the earing in alcohol, then clean both of your holes with peroxide & antibacterial soap then put some neosporin on the holes and you should be fine. good luck =]
first off do NOT xclean it with peroxide
peroxide isnt for puncture wounds, a peircing is a puncture wound
perovide makes your body reject the peircing, it also dries it out and irritates it...its one of the worst things your could use to try to "clean" it
what you describe sounds normal, its your bodys way of cleaning and healing the new wound so let it do its thing
clean it reguarly but dont overvlean it
warm water with 1 tablespoon of sea salt is one of the best ways to clean peircings...soak it in that for 15 mins
the white stuff should go away withing a few weeks

The industrial piercing help.
I just got my industrial about a week ago and the one whole is kinda puffy and its like it might be infected. the other whole isnt like that. is that normal?
