You might be perpetually dehydrated. Do you drink enough *water* (water, not sodas etc.)?
Try putting water in the freezer overnight and take it with you when you go out. The ice will melt in the heat but still be super cold so you can stay cool! Its awesome.
Oh yes, I get that too. I find that if I wear a sun hat I'm much better. It seems to be the sun on the back of my head that sets me off.
Early menopause is not out of the question. But if it was me I would try some other things first since some people can be more susceptible to heat stroke. I mean think about, 95 degree weather is pretty hot. Drink plenty of water, stay out of the direct sunlight, wear a wide brimmed hat, buy a bandana that will hold an ice pack to put on the back of your neck. If none of that helps, then consul tyour doctor.

The heat is getting to me.
I am 28 years old. I have hot flashes all the time...It really sucks when its 95 degrees out. They make me really dizzy too. plus I mean cmon im 28 not 48. Does this happen to anyone else?
