Unfortunately it is not an uncommon reaction when people find out someone is not hetrosexual... I would give them time to adjust and get used to the idea... Apart from that, well I havent had personal experience with people freaking, so I'm not sure...
Goodluck!

well, usually they react in a bad way.
but if they really love yu it doesnt matter.
it'll take time to adjust but they'll get over it; even if it seems like
theyre really mad at yu ;]
keep yur head up, child .

people get weirded out when anyone is even slightly different from them or learn something about you that they don't understand because they aren't that way... It freaks them out, which is unfortunate. It's awesome that you were honest about who you are to you family and friends. You're family still loves you, they just need to adjust to the idea..and as far as your friends go, if they are real friends in time once they adjust they wont be weird about it anymore either...if they are..they aren't you're real friends.
The reality is, you're the same person, whether or not you like boys, girls, or boys and girls...
once people get the used to idea and the information settles in their brain , they will come to understand that you aren't different then you were before they knew..just..now they know..
People are going to criticize any different idea that isnt in the "norm"..what ever normal is...
Be who you are, love it, and dont change for anyone. The people who matter in your life...will except you for who you are.

After some time your family will accept you, but most of your friends will not. TIf you need help ask your mother first. Tell her that you need help.
