McCain / Palin - Experience at the Top of the ticket !!

Yeah, it's not who "deserves" it, it's which do we choose among the candidates? I'll vote for and give money to elect Obama, and hope that nevets815 will think better of ending it all. McCain is certainly a better man than "W", but he's so much too sold out to the Republican right-wing in his quest to get the job that he's lost the characteristics that would have made him barely palatable in '04.

It isn't a matter of who deserves it but rather who do WE deserve?

I'll vote republican because the democrats are too liberal and too tax and spend.

I'm a moderate conservative but I do believe in a woman's right to choose and the same rights, privileges and responsibilities for all people, regardless of race, religion, sex or sexual persuasion.

Amblessed: "McCain / Palin - Experience at the Top of the ticket !!"

It would be nice if McCain actually learned anything from all that experience. But he has caved into the right wing on evewry issue he had ever disagreed with them on.

I will take judgement and intelligence over McCain's type of experience any day. And having someone as inexperienced as Palin only a heartbeat away from a 72+ year old president does not show good judgement at all. Not to mention the numerous scandals surrounding her that he knew about.

ethmer: "I'll vote republican because the democrats are too liberal and too tax and spend."

You say this after having 7 1/2 years of republican deficit spending never before seen in the history of the world? The only time spending was actually cut in this country over the past 25 years was during a democratic administration.

It is not a matter of DESERVING. We need a PRESIDENT that will be for the people of the United States of America. We are as we take every breath, creating a deficit that will take many generation in the future to repay in supporting a war that makes little or no sense. We have people here in the U.S. that are HOMELESS, STARVING to DEATH, Have NO JOB and no help in site. That is BUSH politics for you. We as a NATION CAN NOT STAND FOUR MORE YEARS OF BUSH. God have MERCY on us all. If OBAMA can fix it...by all means my HAT IS OFF TO HIM. I do not support one or the other party. Each have good and each have bad agendas. May the best Man win! ! ! !
