Are man's limbs unequal on both sides?

Biblically, women was created out of Adam using one of his limbs, Therefore, does it mean man have lesser number of limbs to woman? and does it means that, man's limbs are not equal on both sides?

It's Eve was created using one of Adam's ribs...not limbs. Men and women have the same number of ribs.

Yes, according to the Genesis, women are made of... rib-meat, and men are made of... dirt.

Man was created from the dust of the earth and woman was created from the flesh and bone of mans side in genesis. so in truth they are created of the same thing.
If dirt and water make mud but mud creates a brick is it not true that the brick is made of Water and dirt?
