Whats she best shampoo/conditioner for my hair? I have fairly long, dry, slightly wavvy hair. It's a fair colour (I don't colour my hair), and I want it to be more shiny and smooth (and less dry/damaged). whats the best shampoo/conditioner for me?

Well I am from the UK so I don't know what products there are over in the states (if that is where you live) but I find that Garnier or Elive Loreal works really well. Stay away from Tre Semme if you can as they work at first then it starts to be dull. Herbal Essences are not good either.

I'm a big fan of Neutrogena Anti-Residue Shampoo. I don't use it myself but I love the way my wife's hair looks and smells after she uses it.
