As babies wean them off the pacifier as soon as possible (a few months).

Pacifiers can ruin teeth.

There's no way to 100% know if you kids will have perfect teeth. These days, an orthodontist or dentist think that every kid needs pricey dental work or braces. Make sure that your kids brush and floss regularly and try not to let them have pacifiers or suck their thumb. I sucked my thumb when I slept from the time I was a baby until I was in fourth grade. Because of that, I had to wear braces for four years. So be careful with that, and if you see you that your kids are starting to suck their thumbs a lot, get an appliance in their mouth. It will be a lot less expensive than braces and it can break the habit.

there is no way to ensure 100% perfect teeth but to help would be to avoid passifiers asap, prevent thumb sucking, regular cleaning, limited sweets and fizzy drinks etc, regular dental care.
