Teens at the malls

Should teenagers be allowed to go to malls without an adult? What is good or bad about kids being at malls alone?

YES!! teens aren't really kids anymore, they don't need to be supervised @ the malls.

Why would a teen need to be supervised when he goes mall ??? What is the point if he will be with an adult ...

my mom thinks its better for her to come too but as all teens are they dont want there parents holding them down. but if you ever have troubles at the mall its always good to have someone with you. or if you need some extra cash its good to have them around my mom lets me go to the mall if I have friends with me or if she is in the mall but is not around me so she will go and do her shoping while I do mine. so I dont think you should have someone come with you as in parents as all teens think but its still a good idea to have someone there too. and also take cells to stay in touch while you are alone just in case

hmm there are some malls that dont allow teens at the mall... I guess they cause trouble without suprevision... and they tend not to buy stuff, they tend to turn shoppers away... (I dont know about the good...)

I think we have a curfew for teens at the mall here, or actually in nashville, but I think teens should be able to go to the mall by themselves, teens really dont need their parents around them all the time.

I know of a mall that calls parents if they see school-aged kids (teens) in the mall during school hours.

My parents dont come to the mall with me and im 13...as long as your child is responsible than why shouldnt they?
