Where can a 15-year-old get a job with good pay?

At that age, the only thing I could do for "good pay" was work for my parent's businesses. If that's not an option, consider trying to do a business yourself. Or alternatively, learning some advanced computer skills that companies are willing to pay for like programming which don't require you to spend any money to learn, all you need is time & an internet connection.

Well I have a better job now then when I started, but I am only 14 now, and my first job, was me and my mom would sit down and we would make stuff, such as, covers or something unique and we would sell them around the neighborhood, but now I get to work in a local goverment office, assessor, well now I make 500 every 2 weeks, well thats all the advice I have for you> srry if it doesnt help

Ah im 15 too and I really wish I can get a job. but gas is soo high and parents dont want to take me. They complain I need a job and I mean they dont want to take me. Its lame I tell you. I cant get my learners till 16 - stupid father. And the new law, can't get drivers till 18. this is all lame. I think 15 year olds need jobs. Its only fair!

Lawn care, detailing cars, paper route, walking people's dogs, Be fair with your customers, and you will keep them. If you do good work, the news will spread. You'll get more work.
