You should start drinking herbal Tea which is very healthy for you.
Don't get the kind of tea that has allot of caffeene in it or, if you drink Green tea, people say that it's good for you to lose weight but, I wouldn't recomend it. Now, I like to drink the Arizona herbal Tea since that's for me very healthy. I would recomend the Arizona herbal tea.
