It depends.
If you don't want a lot of pain then don't get it anywhere that is super close to a bone, that hurts the most. If you want less pain get it somewhere that has a little more tissue.

I think any where that won't get strech marks easily. Iam talking about women. Like the calf, back and shoulder.
