Before you get too worked up about this, get hold of the hospital's employee handbook or rules of conduct and find out if this is even going to be an issue. Or call the hospital's Human Resources department and ask a few anonymous questions. Thanks to Gen X and Gen Y, visible tattoos are not the big deal they were 20 years ago, and there's a good chance (assuming that your tattoos are not swastikas or burning crosses) that no one will care.
