Do any home tattoo removal systems work?

Ok so I heard about the "home" tattoo removal systems... The question is do they really work and which one(s)? Your answers would really help!

ooo... theres a few out there that you can buy and use at home like "tatt-off" and "wrecking balm", etc. it includes some cream, a mini laser thingy and some other stuff, no clue. but I know if I called to order one, those stupid people will tell me it does work only for one reason, to make money. im just trying to see if anyone has used one and does it really work.

Like everything else out there, there is usually a home version to do something you want done. But is it recommended? I personally would not trust myself to do something to my skin that could/will leave a permanent scar on my body. You are better off to have a professional do it for you or possibly have an expert tattoo artist tattoo something over the one you are wanting rid of.
