tattoos on the inside of the lip dont last.. they only last for about 2 years and start getting messed up.. soo they actully wind up coasting more then a tattoo andywhere else cause every two years you need a touch up.. and I honestly dont have one there but my friend has one and he said it was alittle sting but it didnt hurt .. he got the word "ENVY" in his lip.. most people I know that have umm got stupid or funny words (since it doesnt last).. I know someone who also got "p*ssy" tatooed in his lip and im getting "SPEAK" tattooed in mine when I hit 18

My little sister got one that says "PLEASE!" on her lip so when she sticks it out to beg it says please.

I thought it was a cute idea. It's not permanent, it only cost her like $40 and it's funny and good for a laugh. She said it didn't hurt at all.
