I havent had my 1st period yet I inserted a tampon and it was in for about a minute I took it ou and there was blood whats happened?

what it did it openned you up more/thats natural/I suggest if you didnt like the feeling try pads.

You could of also poped your hymin. If you didn't keep bleeding then you probably broke it. No big don't worry too much.
