Tampons hurt

It hurts whenever I put a tampon in.
Sometimes I can only get it in
And when I do it hurts to take out

Whats the matterr?

chances are that you are taking the tampon out to early, if it is not soaked it will hurt when you take it out...

If it hurts to put it in then you are not relaxed enough. Try angling it back a little insted of going right up. Leave it in longer if it hurt to pull it out.

try using some natural lube to put it in, and dont take your tampon out so early

Have you just started using tampons, and have you broke you hyme yet, because if you havent, then thats the pain I should think, the tampon can break your hyme which could be causing the pain, I was like that, it was very painful, so I just stuck with pads =)
