My Birthday party is coming up in two weeks. We are having a dance and catering at my house and my theme is black and pink. Some people are dressing up and some arent. We are going to be waited on and then dance. I am at a total loss because I dont think...

everyone is going to dance. what do I do after we eat? Any suggestions?

I'm sure most of the people will dance if you put on good music. Those who don't will probley just hang out and talk.
Have you thought about maybe having certain stations at your party.
Maybe have a fondu station
You could have a dance off competition
Karaoke
etc.

Most or nearly everyone would dance if you had music that suited their taste, which im sure you do.
You should have dance offs / competitons, I love doing that it is so much fun!
well after you've had something to eat just keep the music on people will dance and chat I mean they'll do wotever really, just do what you can and have a good time.
