I'm turning 16 Nov. 1st

but I'm having a Halloween costume sweet 16

and my budget is $200
So I won't be on MTV (lol)

Any ideas on party fun

oh wow $200...
I suggest going to the dollar store. you can get tons on decorations and snacks for cheap!

yeah and I would get some of my close friends to bring food and drinks. just make a list of peoples names that can come early to help set up and ask them each to bring one thing. like 5 people bring chips...10 people bring a 2 liter soda...u know etc...thats what I would do I am turning 16 soon haha my budget is like 100
