Hi,

You must purchase the Superman cape at any Binco's clothing store. 'African Pendant' chains. If you want Clark Kent to wear glasses they must be purchased at the Deider Saches Clothing Store 'Black Rim' Shades. If you want Clark Kent to be without hat, go to reece's barbershop get AFRO.

I know the cheat on how to become superman on ps2 for GTA San Andreas. I didnt try the cheat yet but the cheat on how to become superman is left, left, down,down,up,square,circle,triangle,r1,r2 and left, right, triangle, up, right, circle,up,up,down.
