aloe vera gel. and if your really brave...refrigerate it first!

I also like the aloe vera spray that has lidocaine in it in a spray can. it numbs the skin a little.

The blue aloe vera gel stuff with lidocaine works the best.

Also for some relief place cold wet towels on the burn. It will help with swelling if it's a really bad burn.

Aloe vera with Lidocaine (the blue spray kind), cool showers that are set on a gentle setting.

Drink plenty of water, your skin needs to rehydrate itself. Don't use any thick, creamy lotions (I.e. self-tanning lotion) that could suffocate the skin and make it burn more.

When it peels, leave it alone. Raw skin hurts worse and is easily infected.
