Go out and get some alovera gel. It is really soothing. Put it into the fridge and it will cool you down when you put it on as well.

alovera is supposed to work- I wudnt no im allergic to aloe
umm...vinegar is also said to wrok- havnt tried it...seems kinda strange but thats just my opinion im sure it doesn work! or take a cold shower or swim in cool water

it helps to put alovera in the frig and make it cold, it feels sooo good!!
