Is astral projection possible?

I wanted to pick a topic that has never been discussed on here so I typed in astrel projection in a search bar and the only yhings that came up were from my answers to other people so id like to ask everyone what they think of astral projection I...

personlly know from experience that it is posiible but others are skeptic of the entire ide and yes I am prepared to be called a liar so go for it

I don't think you are a liar but I would like for you to post some evidence for your claim. If you can prove that astral projection is real, you'll be eligibile for James Randi's million dollar challenge.

Astral projection is the ability to move around outside your body and travel to far away places. I haven't seen any evidence that this is true. I had a boyfriend who insisted he could, and he'd say he "visited" me when I was sleeping. But he could never tell me what I was wearing or what type of cover I had on my bed..

So put me in the skeptics group. I would be incredibly excited with proof!

Anything is possible. I choose to believe in it. There is this part of me that roots me into this reality, it is my mind. It isn't here, but it takes in the scenery. It is all I know and can know here. The Greeks call it psyche. It isn't the same as my spirit. My spirit travels the void that cannot be known. When the two intermingle I call it creativity. Imagination is telling us that we are more than our surroundings suggest. The older we get, the more of this life we observe, we find the ruts and continue on the path. In the book, THE NEVER ENDING STORY there is a section that describes all the pilgrims to Fantastica whom fail to understand it losing themselves. They slowly revert to ceaselessy repeating the most mundane trivialities there. Until they come to a standstill. This is Hell. We run the same risk here. If we cannot step back and realize what life is all about it becomes our prison. Our spirit in agony. It yearns to fly if we only set it free. I read so much here of people requiring proof that it tugs at me. I believe we get brief glances from time to time and can follow the rabbit down the hole or not. Imagination is truth. It is the truth that frees us. This is what this life is all about.

I don't know. My dad certainly believes in it. I used to try when I was little, but it really scared me because it didn't feel right so I never did it. My dad says he can, but... I don't know...

well I would certainly post proof if I could hun but sadly I cannot all I can say is it is one of the most wonderful things imaginable...or the worst but eh research, try it, fail try many more times, master it and be free

If astral projection is real, then there certainly are ways to study it and prove it. If mastering it was simply a matter of practice, I'd think there would be hundreds of published studies out by now.

I have read that it is common to go out side the body during sleep. It is said that many
experience this and it manifests in our dreams. Also, many claim they can have
an out of the body experience during meditation. Yes, I think it's possible.
Just think how much we could save on air fare.

lol yes there are many studies on it I've got a couple books myself on it but for many that isnt proof enough if thats all you want for proof it just takes a library card
