Actually, the ones I got during puberty did go away, but I am 22 now. You shouldn't worry about them. The majority of womankind (and lots of men too) have them... it's not a big secret or anything to be ashamed of.

no hunn..it wont go away..try using creams it'll probably minimize the appearance..and try to make more muscle so your skin can get firmer..hope that helps..

Not by losing weight no. You can buy different products though that will make them less visible; like bio-oil and cocoa butter.

No darling,it doesnt make them disappear but they do fade tremendously. If they are red this indicates that they are still under pressure and may still be tearing so weight loss in neccesary, once you have lost the weight they will have faded to a lighter colour than your natural skin tone, then you should invest in a really good Vitamin E oil, apply it twice a day and consult a beautician or beauty spa on laser treatment.Hope that help.x

I'm sorry, but I saw your post. and I wanted to ask, but what if your stretchmarks are like... greenish? will they fade?

Thunder Robot Answered by funadvice on May 16, 2008, 02:02PM

to permanently get rid of them you have to get a surgical laser procedure. you could lessen the appearance by using vitamin E or cocoa butter as an ointment. <---those two work really well.
