How do I get rid of spots on my chest and back?

Spots on the chest and back are common in puberty. I used to have really bad acne on my face and all over back and neck but it went with time. I first started getting them at around 12 and I'm now only 15.

You can go to a dermatologist and they can prescribe you with some good spot treatments. That would be the best idea :D

What she said ^ My friend has this problem and he saw a dermatologist about it. If otc treatments arent working you may need a prescription for something stronger...

I have about 7 spots in the centre of my chest between breasts, started as 1 and spread over the course of the last six month... dont shave it and dont use any soap products on it, relativly worried? changed bedsheets and wash daily.
