When you exercise more you gain muscles. Having more muscles will then mean a higher metabolism rate.
Just keep a healthy lifestyle; eat normally. Restricting food intake will lessen your metabolism rate and make you more irritable.
The key is balance. I wish you luck and hope you won't become annorexic again. 



Is there a way to speed up your metabolism?
Does anybody know any steps to speed up metabolism? Last year I had anorexia and I went to the hospital and was eating around 2500 to 3000 calories and didn't gain an once Now I am eating god knows probably 1000 to 1500 calories and I can't stop gaining...
weight. What's up with me? I just want to be like a normal kid who can eat what I want and not worry that the next bite is going to make me fat like I used to be! thanks! and ps I already exercise everyday and eat probably 4 times a day. And I also was eating more junk food before and barely exercising.
