Special k? how much could you lose?

could you loose more then 6 pounds if you do the diet for like a month?
anyone try it?,how much did you loose ?

im not sure exactly how much but I know it says something about it on the box and how much you can loose in two weeks if you replace 2 meals a day with special k.
