What do songs remind you of?

I don't know if it's just me, but I find that music gets me through a lot of difficult times, including break-ups. Does anyone have a certain song, or a few songs that remind them of an ex?

I know the song "Swing Life Away" by Rise Against reminds me...

of my first break up. Every time I hear it, it reminds me of the way I first felt.

The song "Learning to Breathe" by Switchfoot reminds me of a messy situation I was in recently, and when I hear it, it still hurts a bit.

Yeah. Music reminds me of so many things I did, and do. Like the song Bestfriends by 50 Cent reminds me of the relationship between me and my crush. you should look up the lyrics on the internet. It is like me and my crush like each other but he already has a girlfriend and I already have a boyfriend. Also that we pretand like we only like each other as a friend. We both know that we like each other but we just pretend.

I love listening to songs and then catching myself writing down lyrics that stuck with me. =)

I agree, shaeluvspete. I can't listen to a song with sucky lyrics. I always write down lyrics that stick to me, and I can never get enough!

I don't have any exs(no boyfriend EVER).But I do have songs that reminds me of people.
Teardrops on My Guitar(Taylor Swift) reminds me of the guy I like.He has a girlfriend,we're sort of friends,and his name is really close to "Drew".
Irreplaceable(Beyonce) makes me think of a guy that I used to like and still do sort of.He has a girlfriend too.
