Well you should NEVER starve yourself b/c thats why you get fat b/c when you starv yourself your body eats on your left overs that you havnt digested and you should just
go on a diet eat all the greens you can...and you should go for walks everyday maby a lil joggin but you should never ever ever starve yourself b/c I tried that once and that didnt work b/c I started to become hungry and I gave up and started eatin so yea just dont starv yourself
you could eat half of what she gives you to control your intake, then as eeyore states, take walks and you could do crunches, lunges, and squats. If your grandma has stairs- use them as equipment and run up and down then a few times. And yes, don't starve yourself..but make sure youre full at all times so you are not thinking about food.
ok so heres the deal I did the same thing when I went home for winter break and came back to school...I wanted to loose weight fast and keep it off...this is the worst thing you can do for yourself. I lost about 10 pounds in 2 weeks but that was because I was not eating healthy and I was almost starving myself. the problem with quick weight loss is that first of all it makes you grumpy and secondly when you start to eat normal again you will gain all the weight back (maybe even more) and super fast. when you starve yourslef your body begins to adjust its metabolism based off how much you are eating, when you eat less metabolism decreases but when you start to eat more again your body's metabolism wont be up to speed because its expecting you to eat less. This causes major weight gain...
The best advice I can give you is to eat lots and lots of greens and veggies and excercise.
If you want to loose weight fast but only for a short period of time theres a brocolli diet (which sounds disgusting but my friend used it and it works) where you just eat broccolli for a week and you will drop 10 pounds. It works but the weight will not stay off if you go back to normal eating...this is only effective for special occasions
So all in all eat better and excercise excercise excercise! Drink lots of water too!






Someone help me lose weight during spring break?
Okay so
It's march break, spring break whatever
And I really need to loose weight before I get back to school
In 9 days
But all I do is eat.
Like theres nothing else to do and im going to my grandmas cottage and all I do there is eat and all she does is feed me and theres no way I can exercise
Should I just not eat at all all week? Or what exercises can I do?
Or what
