Someone else is using my msn

Basically because im a dumbass but thats not the point I mean aaahhh!!!
Help!!
Can I make them stop?
Or will I have to delete my msn account??

is this a hotmail account?

In the upper-right corner of the page, click Options, and then click More options.
Under Manage your account, click View and edit your personal information.
Next to Password, click Change.
Type your old password, type your new password twice, and then click Save.

If it isnt a hotmail, just go to the help (every site has a help) and search for password...

If the person using your account has changed your password, just go to lost password, fill in your personal info and change the password.
