How can I tell my parents I'm gay?

Well my name is Jacob, I am 14 and I have been trying to find out how to tell my mom that I am gay. I try to give her hints, but that doesn't work. And well I cant tell my dad b/c I know that he would probably beat me like he did to my older brother...

when he told my dad so what am I supposed to do?

Just go right out & tell your mum, don't beat around the bush. She loves you, & needs to accept that that's just the way you are, you'd be surprised just how understanding mother's can be.
Maybe ask your brother how he told her.

its your mother, she should love you no matter what sexuality you are..there is nothing wrong with it.. if your happy she should be happy for you.. ask your brother for advise and help!!

Just tell her one of my friends are gay and I went with him to tell his mom and when he did his mom was very happy and excited that he finally told her so it will be okay
