Someone please help my problem

Ok I have a lot of proplems lol yea most of yal know but for some reason every now in my foot it feels like one of my blood vains TWIST up and I can feel my blood vien poppen out and it hurts really bad when it happens and when it does none of my bone...

in my foot will move and its SO SO SO SO SO much PAIN! Does anyone know what that could be? please help me because it hurts SO BAD!! But its also in my wrist to!!

is it like a charlie horse in your foot if so try getting more potassium bananas are a great source low potassium causes charlie horses.I hope it is that simple.
