you could use castile soap---it's JUST SOAP. nothing extra added like whiteners, scents or...that sort of thing. you can buy it at any sort of store like walmart or even fred meyer (the natural section). I have some and it's called, "docter bronner's castile soap"...I believe.

any detergent would do though.
