Can I kiss my girlfriend if I'm turning 18?

Asked by vaske about 1 year ago, 3 answers.

I have a 16 yr old girlfriend turing 17 this year but am I still able to date/kiss her or no since I turn 18? I know sex is out but we both agreed not until were older or married

There Has To Be More Than A 5 Year Difference For It To Be Illegal

I'll give you credit for that last statement. Just for that, I'll tell you that the answer is yes. You can still date her or kiss her. The only thing that is semi-illegal is having sex with her, which you already said is out. Good for you.

You can kiss her and hug her. You just can't have sex with her.
