I know that sneeking sex is bad to keep from your parents

well, I will say this: if you have to sneak around, I wonder if you are mature or ready enough to have sex. honestly. because when you do have sex, you want to enjoy it and not have to worry every min if someone is going to walk in on you. so just wait. wait until that day you can do it with no doubt in your mind.

I see that you are 22 yo. At this age making sex is only your own business. You may live an independent life without informing your parents about it, or you may be attached on them till you are 80 year old, and discuss each kiss or f*cking with them. But feeling guilty because of making sex without telling them is just not healthy.
