The addiction will still occur. No matter how little you drink, or smoke, or how much you THINK you can control it... The nicotine and alcohol will still force you to crave it. Well maybe not so much alcohol, if you drink like once a month then yeah no problem. Even once a week wont do harm. But cigarettes are bad. Just stay away from them.
oh yes, it's bad, cause I do that too. but keep in mind that.. my dads friend died from rat posioning.. cause he drank beer straight from the bottle.. because when it's stored then yeh.. so don't do that often.. cause that can be dangerous. oh and btw.. stop the smoking.. but the alkis ok because pure vodka.. can be healthy for you, the same with wine and whiskey.. but no too much. (like whiskey is good for stomach aches and throat aches) and stuff..
I've stopped smoking.. im just drinking socially.. (:

Smoking and drinking
well I know smoking and drinking is bad
but what if you dont smoke all tha time just like 2-3 times a week
and 1-2 ciggerattes a day
and what if you only drink like only every 3 months.?
