well I dont know if I have small arms naturally or because I run but all lot of people think I have an ed because my arms look anorexic. If there not naturally small then its because I run a lot

Advisor-small

Workout...high reps and low weight about 2x a week for about an hour each time. Working both triceps and biceps equally.
