Sleeping problems !!

Recent - august7. Asked by sadielynn1447 2 months ago, 3 answers.

I've had a sleeping problem for about a year.
I could go to bed at 6am and not be tired for the rest of the day.

Now for about 2, or 3 days I've had a full nights sleep and have been dead tired all throughout the day, even when taking 2, 3 naps.

Why...

is that ?

Hi Sadielynn. I'm an insominac...been through all the test sleep studies, pretty much the works. It sounds like your sleep clock has been off track. However its caught up with you. You may be sleeping, not deep in the R.E.M. your suppose to. For instantance have you been dreaming more the past few nights. So in essense your body is rest, but not fully sleeping. If that makes any sense I can explain it better. I know my situation, hopefully I can help with yours, Not a doctor but I'll be happy to share what I do know. Feel free to fun mail me if you like. Hope all gets corrected. Later. ~Pac-Man

first off it sounds like you need to get yourself a regular sleeping pattern
when you wake up and go to bed at around the same time every day
try to get to bed at around 12pm if you can
you do need at least 8 hours of sleep a day
it wont take affect right away, youll need to re-train your body and get into a different sleeping pattern to the one you have now
if you want you could go to the doctor and they can see if anythings wrong and prescribe you some medicine if they think you need it
also make sure that your getting enough iron
