Dear sujan,
Sleeping a lot would mean you wouldn't be getting out and moving around...it might make you pale from being unhealthy. Drinking milk would do nothing for your skin colour other then maybe giving you a healthy glow from being healthy. Milk/calcium is important for healthy growth. Are either directly connected to skin colour NO.

How to make skin more fair?
I heard that sleeping a lot cam make your skin fair..and drinking milk also can make your skin fair..is it true?I want to know both answer..
